- Do I Have To Complete Every Single Question?
No you can skip as many questions as you want, as long as you answer the first 3
questions regarding your company spend, location and industry (the name of your
company will not be collected or reported). All questions default to N/A which
means No Answer or Not Applicable. You can then go back to the TSI Collector
at a later date and answer questions that you left as N/A.
- Will My Answers Be Shared With Others?
Your answers will be collected as part of the TSI database but never attributable
directly to your company or you (see #1 above). The data will be shared with other
registered users of the TSI, but only in summary format from a ratings standpoint.
- What If I Want To Rate More Than 4 Suppliers?
The TSI Data Collector is intentionally designed to allow up to four (4) answers
per question. You do have the ability at the end of the form, to rate additional
suppliers (i.e. more than 1 TMC) including down to the property level for hotels
as well as major airports around the world.
- What If I Don’t Think Anyone Deserves Excellent Or Poor For A Particular
Question?
All questions default to N/A which means No Answer or Not Applicable. You
can leave that field as N/A which is equivalent to no rating.
- How Do I Answer A Question If I’ve Never Flown That Carrier Or Stayed
At A Particular Hotel Chain?
You can skip as many questions as you want, as long as you answer the first 3 questions
regarding your company spend, location and industry (the name of your company will
not be collected or reported). All questions default to N/A which means No
Answer or Not Applicable. You can then go back to the TSI Collector at a later
date and answer questions that you left as N/A.
Alternatively, we can provide your company with a customized (and shorter) TSI Collector
that specifically collects data only on your preferred suppliers (TMC, airlines,
hotel, car rental etc.) and then you can fill out the Professional version of the
TSI Collector on behalf of your company. For more information on a customized TSI
collector contact us at tsi@partnershiptc.com
- Can I Change My Answers At A Later Point In Time? (production version)
You can change your answers as often as you see fit, and the form will be updated
daily. We suggest that you limit the number of changes you make, but regardless
your votes will only be counted once each time.
- Can I Add Additional Comments To The Ratings That I Give? (production
version)
We have provided a free form text box at the end of the TSI Collector for specific
feedback on a supplier, but there are intentional limitations. We cannot accept
derogatory (or positive) comments about a particular individual and there is a limit
to the # of words in your commentary.
- How Do I Get To See The Actual Ratings? (production version)
Once you have completed the TSI you will receive an email from
managedtravel.org with a link to the TSI Dashboard. You will then be able
to view ratings on a global scale, or by Region, Industry or Size of Company Spend.
- How Often Is The Database Updated?
The TSI is an interactive online tool, and as such it is updated daily. You will
see the # of respondents to each question and if the # of respondents is below a
certain threshold, we will indicate that insufficient data exists for that particular
question.
- Can I Share The Questions With Another Colleague And Each Of Us Answer
Different Parts Of The TSI Form?
No, but you can have other colleagues from your company register as individual users
and provide their own answers. For larger companies, we recommend that you purchase
a customized (and shorter) TSI Collector that specifically collects data only on
your preferred suppliers (TMC, airlines, hotel, car rental etc.) and then you can
fill out the Professional version of the TSI Collector on behalf of your company.
- What If Only A Few People Answer A Particular Question, Will You Still
Provide A Rating For Them?
You will see the # of respondents to each question and if the # of respondents is
below a certain threshold, we will indicate that insufficient data exists for that
particular question.
